Common questions

How do I set my home? Tap the gear next to "Home" and enter your full postcode, or tap "Use where I am now" while you're at home.

Where does it work? Anywhere in the UK. Journeys within Greater London come from Transport for London; any journey starting or ending elsewhere comes from Google.

The directions look off. Phone compasses can be thrown by metal, magnets, or being indoors. Step away from anything metal and move your phone in a figure of eight to recalibrate it.
